Google Pixel 3 XL Review

Image
Let me preface my entire review with this; myself and Lemacks Media are Google Cloud Partners, I am a fan and user of Google/Alphabet products across the spectrum, I am not being paid for this review, and I plan to use the Google Pixel 3 XL as my daily phone until the Pixel 4 (or otherwise) comes out in 2019. Google Pixel 3 XL is familiar So, yea, the Pixel 3 XL is a very familiar device coming from the Pixel 2 XL. It's familiar down to the point that if you disable the notch in Developer Settings it actually is nearly indistinguishable from the Pixel 2 XL. Coming from running nearly all of my devices on beta channels of Android nearly year round I tend to forget what features the previous generation phone didn't truly have publicly available until the OS official launch, so the software, aside from items like Night Sight  and other incremental items I am typically already using. Facebook chain messages, just like the old email chains

Why can't we as a species get passed this phase? There's nothing that drives me more insane than seeing a bunch of my Facebook friends mass sharing/messages things like "copy and paste this so Facebook knows you own your own data...", and the recent nonsense regarding friend requests that spread via messenger, ”Hi....I actually got another friend request from you yesterday...which I ignored so you may want to check your account. Hold your finger on the message until the forward button appears...then hit forward and all the people you want to forward too....I had to do the people individually. Good Luck!” Not to mention all the fake profile that are created between Facebook and Instagram daily. The reason they're so easy to catch (aside from the fact they add your actual friends), is that Facebook has already identified you in all of your pictures. That sweet "tag photo" option helps Facebook identify you in all of your friends photos and vice versa. By &

Elon Musk Trolling, "5G" AT&T, Lowest Bidder in Tech, and more!

SEC gets the last laugh? What a wild couple months it has been for Elon Musk! The Air Force is investigating options to punish him and Space X after taking a hit from what appeared to be marijuana on Joe Rogan's Podcast , his tweet about securing funding to take Tesla private pissed off the SEC, and a slew of other various things. It should be noted though, Elon and Joe were in California where marijuana is legal, so aside from some sort of contract violations, I don't know how the Air Force could punish him. On the other hand, the "Shortseller Enrichment Commision" nailed Elon with a $20 million fine, and he has to resign his Chairman position of Tesla within 45 days. However, he does get to retain his Presidency and a seat on the board without admission of guilt. He will also be allowed to be appointed to Chairman again after 3 years. I really don't know who's getting the last laugh. I guess we will see in 3 years or so. Just want to that the Shortseller En
